Funny thing is that the two of the best/worst transformations here also have two of the worst/best designs, respectively

Doesn't even actually have transformation.  Willl literally show someone dive behind a table and pop back up as a werewolf.

9. Underworld (2003)

Pretty half-hearted and underwhelming.

6. Ginger Snaps (2000)

A good practical skin pulsating effect, but the actual tf is not shown.

5. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004)

Competent CG tf, and it's uplifted by good cinematogrpaphy.

The absolute GOAT.  Amazingly creative and gory as the characters transform into...Belgian Tervurens.
